We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We are in-network for the following dental insurance plans:
- Delta Dental Premier
- Delta Dental PPO + Premier
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
We also accept most other traditional dental insurance plans on an out-of-network basis. Contact us to verify acceptance of your plan. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims for you after any procedure. At the time of service, we will collect an estimate of your out-of-pocket expense based on your insurance carrier.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice (72 hours notice if you have reserved more than one appointment slot) if you cannot attend your appointment so that we may offer the appointment to another patient. We may charge a fee if you cancel your appointment without such notice.
